The problem

The hotel’s main guests are school classes and sports camps. The people booking them are teachers and coaches who want quick answers, then a phone call. The site had to serve them first and say nothing the hotel hasn’t confirmed.

The approach

The phone is the main route to a booking, so pages lead to the phone number, with a short question form and a callback request as backup. Both forms e-mail the hotel and keep nothing on the site. Every claim goes through a facts register that the pages are checked against. Photos of children are blurred before they go on the site.

What was built

A Czech-first site with pages for each type of group, a downloadable info pack for organisers, a question form and a callback request. English and German versions are written and held back until a native speaker has checked them.

Proof points

  • Built for two audiences first, school trips and sports camps, with the phone as the main way to book.
  • The question and callback forms e-mail the hotel and store nothing on the site.
  • A facts register holds only what the owner has confirmed, and an automated test checks the pages against it.
  • Faces of children in camp photos are blurred. The originals stay private.
