The PubWebGames hub on a desktop screen, listing the three games on a dark background.
The hub, with the three games.
The Drunk Darts game screen on a desktop, with a dartboard seen through triple vision.
Drunk Darts: Triple Vision.

The problem

I wanted proof that I can build things people enjoy using, not only things that work. A small arcade is a fair test: you know within seconds whether it feels good.

The approach

One shared shell draws the menus, scores and pause screen, so the three games feel like a single product. Each game draws only its own playfield. Every visual is generated in code and every sound is synthesised in the browser.

What was built

Sway Control, an endless balancing runner. Drunk Darts: Triple Vision, where you aim through distorted triple vision. Kinetic Flip Cup, a physics flick with combo chains. Plus a hub and leaderboards stored on your own device.

Proof points

  • Three complete games and a hub in one pnpm workspace.
  • No external image or audio files: visuals are drawn in code and sound is synthesised with WebAudio.
  • One shared UI shell for every menu, score and pause screen.
  • Each game was checked in a real browser.

Built with

  • Phaser 4
  • TypeScript (strict)
  • Vite
  • Matter.js (Flip Cup only)
  • pnpm workspace
  • Vercel
